Inverter damaged AC output part mosfet caused by overload

Description
The inverter still ran even after short circuit because of a full load in AC output, which damaged AC output part MOS tube.
Fault Causes
The inverter still overloaded after short circuit/overload.
Solutions and steps
Change MOS tube.
(MOS tube exploded)
PS:
If it is serious, MOS tube will explode as the image shows.
