Description
Can not be turned on normally, the fault light flashes after turning on, no output voltage.
Analysis of the possibility of the cause
1. Check the internal circuit, the bus voltage is more than 500V, the auxiliary power supply U5 and U6 of the rear stage are damaged, and the rear MOSfet is damaged.
2. It is judged that the rear MOSfet, the rear driver board, and the driver diode SS220 are damaged.
Solutions and steps
Replace 2 rear MOSfets, rear driver board, and corresponding diode SS220.
