AC output part MOS tube/ IGBT module exploded. AC output part driver board, corresponding resistances and PCB board were damaged.

Fault Causes

AC output was connected with grid.

Solutions and steps

Change MOS tube/IGBT module, AC output part driver board, damaged resistances and PCB board.
