Description
The startup is normal, the inverter does not alarm, but there is no output voltage.
Analysis of the possibility of the cause
The test of the auxiliary power supply part is normal, the bus voltage is normal, and the rear IGBT module has no output. The driving voltage of the detection module is 0V, confirm that the CPU is damaged after checking. As shown in the image, U2 (74HC367) is damaged. It is very likely that the short circuit will cause the chip to be damaged.
Solutions and steps
Replace the CPU board.
