Description
Because it was a bare machine, the customer configured the fan himself, fan was low power and the air duct was blocked, the temperature was too high in a short period of time after working with a load, which in turn burned out the machine.
Analysis of the possibility of the cause
Inspection found that one of the front MOS tube was damaged, the rear IGBT module was damaged, the drive resistor was burned out and the auxiliary power diode was damaged.
Solutions and steps
Replace the front MOS tube, rear IGBT module, drive resistor and diode.
