Description

The inverter cannot be turned on, and the lighting fixture connected to the output terminal is damaged.

Analysis of the possibility of the cause

1.After disassembly and inspection, it is determined that the mains-side rectifier bridge and the downstream IGBT module are damaged.
2.Check the historical fault, it is a short-circuit fault.
3.It is determined that the output load problem caused the damage and short circuit of the downstream IGBT module, which in turn affected the damage of the mains rectifier bridge.

Solutions and steps

Replace the mains rectifier bridge and the downstream IGBT module.
