Description
The customer describes the output short circuit, the inverter has no response when it is turned on, and there is no output voltage.
Analysis of the possibility of the cause
1. Check the internal components, 10 of the 12 front MOSfets are damaged, 2 of the rear MOSfets are damaged, and the rear driver board is damaged.
2. Because there is no specific on-site situation, it is impossible to confirm the specific cause of the failure. After replacing all damaged components, the inverter runs normally.
Solutions and steps
The customer cancels the maintenance request due to the high maintenance cost.
